Windows 7 Netbooks Starting Under $350
I mentioned in an earlier post about the convenience and affordability of netbooks. Amazon is offering netbooks loaded with Windows 7 (the latest platform, thank God) starting under $350!
Netbooks are essentially mini laptops but without a CD/DVD drive. But you easily attach a USB flash drive to transfer documents. Netbooks are designed for Internet use and word processing. Hence the name “netbook”. They are not designed for intensive use like gaming and video editing.
Most people use computers to go on the Internet anyway. Netbooks make it affordable for to do so.
The compact size makes it easy to travel with. We have brought our netbook with us on vacation. It’s lightweight and stores easily in your carry on luggage or large purse.
The compact size also means that the keyboard is small. If this bothers you, attach an external keyboard. This is my ergonomic setup. The netbook sits eye level on a raised platform, like a box or books. An external keyboard is attached below.
Netbooks make great gifts for kids, teens, college students, and adults.
When you click for the price, you’ll see that these netbooks are way below $350. And they are selling like hotcakes!
Acer, Asus, Toshiba, and HP are all good brands. Order by Dec. 17 to get it in time for Christmas via Free Super Saver Shipping.
