Lunar New Year is on January 29, 2025. Being Chinese, I grew up celebrating Lunar New Year with much more fanfare than regular New Year’s. It was a bigger deal than American New Years.

The major elements that are symbolic to Chinese New Year or Lunar New Year are red envelopes, plum blossoms, oranges, the zodiac animal of the year, kumquat trees, gold coins, wall hangings with Chinese sayings, and lion dancing. The main colors are red, gold, and orange.

Here are my picks for Lunar New Year Decorations from Amazon for your convenience.
